Doug and Shirley Pilz came to St. Pete Beach more than fifty years ago with a dream to build a business that would not only make others happy...but their family as well. While here on a vacation with her family over fifty years ago..Shirley fell in love with the quiet and relaxing area of St. Pete Beach! So it was only natural for her and Doug to settle and start their business here in sunny paradise! Coming from the cold Chicago area Florida was where they aimed for sure! St. Pete Beach was the perfect location that offered warm relaxation on the beautiful white sandy beaches, unbeatable scenery, authentic cuisine, many activities, and a rich inviting culture.
Today with the area expanding and the Hotels, High-Rises and Elaborate Condos being built all around ...it is with great effort that we keep the motel as it was intended...a small, quaint, and peaceful little paradise where active senior adults come to relax.
Located approximately four blocks from the beach and nestled on Boca Ciega Bay in the Gulf of Mexico we know you'll enjoy it here as much as we do!
